Who can use BlinQuiz

BlinQuiz is for:

• Teachers running language classes
• Students participating in those classes
• School administrators managing teachers and classes at their institution

You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account. Students under 18 can use BlinQuiz only with parental/guardian consent obtained by their teacher or school.

Your account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity on your account
• Providing accurate information

If you suspect someone has accessed your account, email info@blinquiz.com right away.

Acceptable use

Use BlinQuiz for its intended purpose — language education. Don't:

• Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Impersonate someone else
• Try to access other users' data
• Attempt to break or exploit the platform
• Use it to harass, bully, or discriminate
• Resell or redistribute access to BlinQuiz
• Reverse-engineer or copy our software

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Teachers' responsibilities

If you're a teacher using BlinQuiz with students:

• Make sure you have permission from your school to use the platform
• Obtain parental consent for students under 18 where required
• Use appropriate content for the age group you teach
• Don't share student data outside the platform without authorization
• Manage your classrooms responsibly

You are the legal "data controller" for your students' data under KVKK. We are the "data processor."

Intellectual property

• BlinQuiz software, design, and branding are owned by BlinQuiz.
• Content you create on BlinQuiz (activities, homework, comments) belongs to you. By using BlinQuiz, you grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to run the platform.
• Student work belongs to the student.

You may not use the BlinQuiz name, logo, or any branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Service availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep BlinQuiz available 24/7, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

Some content on the platform — such as quiz questions, suggested activities, or feedback on student work — is generated automatically. Like any educational material, it should be reviewed by the teacher before being used in class. Your professional judgment is the final filter.

If we need to do maintenance, we'll do our best to announce it in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BlinQuiz is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profit, or business
• Issues arising from third-party service interruptions (like internet outages)
• Content posted by users on the platform

This doesn't limit any rights you have under Turkish consumer protection law.

Changes to BlinQuiz

We may:

• Add, change, or remove features
• Adjust pricing (with notice to paying users)
• Update these Terms (with notice for significant changes)

If we make a major change you don't agree with, you can stop using BlinQuiz and request account deletion.

Account termination

You can delete your account anytime — email info@blinquiz.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or abuse
• Threaten the safety of other users
• Have been inactive for an extended period

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts (specifically, the courts of Ankara), unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
